After 3 loads (one of those VERY smelly, leftover wet sheets that I forgot about *sigh*) I am pleased to report that I am definitely in like with this recipe! You should try it! It smells so clean too!

Good to know, Shyla! Thanks for the info.
Shyla, I would LOVE to make this, but I have one question. We have two people in this house with VERY sensitive skin. I have always used the SAME brand for the past 10 years because I have been a bit nervous to try something new and someone have a reaction...have you ever seen someone have a reaction to laundry soap??? The rash from their underware is pretty funny looking but probably not such a good feeling. :)
Do any of you have sensitive skin?? If so did anyone have a reaction??
Here's my question - did you use your regular food grater? Is that okay?? If so, I have all the ingredients sitting here waiting for me...if not, to the dollar store I go.
FUN! I really can't wait to try this!!
Heather - Owen has Eczema pretty bad. I have always used a hypoallergenic detergent. There were no chemicals in the ingredients so i am trying it. I don't know about reactions b/c I have just started. i will let you know if we do.
Jenny - i just used my food grater. It's just soap...right? :) It didn't stick to my grater and cleaned up WAY easier than cheese does !:)
Well than, why not try it?? I will be heading to the store tomorrow...I will let you know how it goes.
Oh and call me stupid...you can get all that is needed at a grocery store or do I need to go some place all?? I know I have seen the Borax and the Washing Soda but not the Fels Naptha Soap.
